1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom (England only). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. What are your delivery times?
Estimated delivery times are:
• Processing time: 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday)
• Transit time: 2–5 working days (Monday to Friday)
• Total delivery time: 3–7 working days (Monday to Friday)
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier conditions or exceptional circumstances.

You can request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, as long as it has not yet been shipped.

7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 working days from the date you receive your order.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

8. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are covered in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
9. How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 30 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
10. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
